Educational employees or inmates with higher education could support the use of AR for other inmates with low learning abilities.
The guide is user friendly, accurate & the step-by-step approach very appropriate, the visual learning has impact for young people & other age ranges. The demo video to be made in easily-to-understand format. Has to be short & comprehensive. There could be a video for every stage of the process.
The Buzias Center wants to use the AR for their resources. Topics/subjects for stakeholders to be agreed. The secure hotspot has to be agreed and directive from MOJ in the UK with the agreed security process. The Center are ready to use the devices, using their content, or adapted & co-produced by CPIP & Prison in Craiova.
Resources produced & tested until end of the project. Stakeholders will discuss their needs so resources can be adapted. For dissemination, CPIP will show other prisons how AR can be used within their learning needs.
The name of the project could be changed to more appropriate naming convention (Interactive Learning).
A questionnaire would be practical for stakeholders regarding their needs. Every partner country will see what resources are needed by the piloting country prisons & share their findings to find common topics. A suggestion to use a standalone assessment tool for resources would be favorable for impact process.
The mobile devices could be set up and locked down using the same account. The security management system & licence for devices to be agreed by Ministry of Justice in UK (documented security process) & utilised by all partners . The deadline for obtaining the approval for this security locking system would be approx six weeks. During this time, partner countries can begin work on developing the resource materials.
The training of staff for the resources to train the learners will need possibly 2/3 educators for the detention center (following lesson plan and/or scheme of work from Output 3). The lesson plan is adaptable, being a template. After piloting phase, an evaluation report will be produced and disseminated.
