Introduction to the Erasmus AR Project Darryl and Richard gave an overview and specific objectives of the Erasmus AR project to Steve.

Security discussion: HMPPS/Hewell and proposed process/actions Richard/Darryl and Steve: Discussed the specific security process and perceived problems and work completed to date.

· We need an MDM (Mobile Device Management) on the iPads.

· Authentication process – (know who is logged on it)

· WiFi internet access

· Zappar info and security protocol for Steve Novous (via email)

· Hewell - Have lease line currently not used

· Process needed:

o Lease line

o Wireless controller

o 1 AP (Access Point)

o Tablets connected to it

o Firewall in place

o Authentication

Actions:

· Richard to forward Steve the info from Zappar

· Steve Email his team

o Speak to technical team

o Speak to Pat Clarke at MOJ

· Richard Contact Zappar and copy in everyone (including Steve) Can the camera be used on iPad and restrict access to taking photo
